Implementation and Training

Our dedicated integration teams facilitate deployment into healthcare institutions and networks. Our standard implementation includes network site planning, project management and system acceptance services. Because we do not have the architectural limitations of other PACS vendors, such as multi-tiered hierarchical storage architecture, we can implement our solution within a range of four to six months, which we believe is less than half the time required on average in our industry. Our solution is designed to integrate with existing scanners, information systems and other technology infrastructure based on the imaging standard DICOM (Digital Communications in Medicine) and the patient demographic standard HL7 (Health Level 7), a healthcare-specific communication standard for data exchange between computer applications.

Our clinical applications teams provide customers with the training required to use and administer our systems effectively. The applications teams develop customized training programs in conjunction with each customer in order to best meet their needs. We provide comprehensive on-site and remote training.
