We can support our customers' installations remotely using the same VPN link. Our Heartbeat system alerts our customer care team of unforeseen conditions in any of our customers' systems, enabling them to respond before the issue impacts patient care and operations, which allows us to offer guaranteed 99.99% system availability. The Heartbeat system also helps us to minimize errors upon upgrades of our solution, irrespective of their complexity.
